New Spa Policies
The New Spa wants you to enjoy every moment you spend with us. For you to have the best experience possible we kindly request that you observe our Spa Policies and Procedures.
Cancellations:
The time needed for the services(s) or Spa Package that you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24-hours notice for individual services and 48-hours notice on packages of two services or more. Please call us at 775-787-3529. If it is after hours or if no one answers the phone leave your message on our voicemail. New Spa, LLC, reserves the right to charge your credit card if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in less than the notice required by this cancellation policy. Thirty percent (30%) of the service will be charged for cancellations and changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Any cancellations or changes made within 8 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment costs. No-Shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
Series are Exchangeable however NOT Refundable:
When you purchase a series of treatments you will receive a discounted price. Because of this discounted price the payment is to be made at the beginning of your series. Unfortunately your investment in the series is not refundable. New Spa will honor the outstanding amount in the form of a gift card exchangable for goods or services.
Payments:
We accept cash, local personal checks, most major credit cards and New Spa gift cards. We charge a minimum $25 for any returned checks.
Restrictions:
For the convenience of other clients please do not bring your pet or children under age 12 to the New Spa without another adult present to supervise them. As a consideration to other guests please turn off your cell phone or pager while inside New Spa. We also suggest for you to please leave your valuable items at home doing your treatment(s). We regret to say that we will not be responsible for loss or damage of your personal items. Any sexual solicitations are not tolerated and will be immediately reported to authorities. Please remember that the room must be prepared and used for the next client and should be vacated after treatment upon completion of service within a reasonable amount of time. Smoking is not allowed inside New Spa.
Health, Allergies, or Pregnancy Consideration:
When visiting or calling for your appointment please make sure to notify our staff if you have any health conditions, limitations, allergies to medications or fruits, physical ailments, medications you are currently taking, or if you are pregnant. We also encourage you to alert our therapist immediately for any discomfort during your treatment.
Gratuties:
Gratuities are not included in our prices but are highly appreciated by our staff. The standard gratuity is 15-20% of the costs of the service provided. On parties of six (6) or more a 20% gratuity will be included.
Returns:
We are sorry but all skin care nail care or hair products are non-refundable. All other merchandise can be returned and refunded for the full purchase price for up to 30 days after the original purchase date with a receipt. Gift certificate purchases are non-refundable.
