What to Wear:

Our services will be more convenient for you if you are free of restrictive clothing and jewelry.  If you are scheduled for spa facials or body treatments you will be provided a robe and footwear in your private room.  If you are scheduled for a facial we encourage you to come in with no make-up on.

Please let us know if you are wearing contact lenses or using skin medications before your treatment begins.

If you are scheduled for a massage or body treatment and have concerns of modesty please wear a two-piece bathing suit, otherwise you will be draped with a towel during the procedure.

Check In:

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment.  Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment so the next guest will not be delayed and you will be charged for the full value of service.

Please check in at the front desk.  If it is your first visit with New Spa for massage, peels, waxing or microdermabrasion you will need to fill out an intake form for our records.  The information you are providing here will not be sold or discolsed to any outside party.  For any questins or inquiries please ask the assistance of the front desk representative before your treatment.\

Appointments:

Due tot he popularity of our unique services we highly recommend you make a reservation in advance for any of our relaxing spa treatments.  We will always do our best to accommodate you but it’s a good idea to to reserve your time for your special treatment.  You must be 18 years or older to make an appointment with New Spa.  Anyone under the age of 18 seeking New Spa services must have their parent or guardian book the appointment and must have parental/guardian consent.  A major credit card is required to hold your reservation(s).

Gift Cards:

New Spa gift cards are always welcome and can be used towards your treatment.  They will be honored for spa services, products or boutique purchases.  Your gift card should be presented at check out otherwise you will b responsible for any charges incurred during your visit to New Spa.  Gift cards are available for purchase at the front desk or you can call (775) 787-3529 to purchase one.  You can also purchase a gift card online.
